Xerpal
What You’ll Need A USB Flash Drive: At least 8GB of storage (16GB recommended). Windows ISO File: Download the Windows ISO from Uupdump. Rufus: Download the latest version of Rufus from rufus.ie. Backup Your Data: Reinstalling Windows will erase all data on your system drive, so back up important files. Step 1: Download the Windows ISO File Go to the Microsoft Windows Download page. Select the version of Windows you want to install (e.g., Windows 10 or 11). Download the ISO file to your computer. Step 2: Download and Install Rufus Visit the official Rufus website: https://rufus.ie/. Download the latest version of Rufus (portable or installer version). Run Rufus after downloading (no installation is required for the portable version). Step 3: Create a Bootable USB Drive with Rufus Insert your USB flash drive into your computer. Open Rufus. In Rufus, configure the following settings: Device: Select your USB drive from the dropdown menu. Boot Selection: Click SELECT and choose the Windows ISO file you downloaded. Partition Scheme: Choose GPT if your system uses UEFI or MBR if it uses Legacy BIOS. (GPT required for most cheats) File System: Leave as NTFS. Cluster Size: Leave as default. Volume Label: You can rename the USB drive if desired Click START to begin the process. Rufus will warn you that all data on the USB drive will be erased. Confirm by clicking OK. Wait for Rufus to create the bootable USB drive. This may take a few minutes. Step 4: Boot from the USB Drive Safely eject the USB drive from your computer. Insert the USB drive into the computer where you want to reinstall Windows. Restart the computer and enter the Boot Menu or BIOS/UEFI settings: Common keys to access the Boot Menu: F12, F10, F2, ESC, or DEL (check your motherboard manual for the correct key). In the Boot Menu, select the USB drive as the boot device. Save changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI settings. Your computer will now boot from the USB drive. Step 5: Install Windows The Windows Setup screen will appear. Select your language, time, and keyboard preferences, then click Next. Click Install Now. Enter your Windows product key if prompted (or skip this step if you’re reinstalling Windows and your system already has a digital license). Accept the license terms and click Next. Choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced). Select the partition where you want to install Windows (usually the largest partition labeled “Primary”). If you’re reinstalling, you may want to delete existing partitions and create a new one. Click Next to begin the installation. Your computer will restart several times during the process. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your region, keyboard layout, and user account. Step 6: Complete the Setup Once the installation is complete, Windows will boot to the desktop. Install necessary drivers (Windows Update will usually handle this automatically). Restore your backed-up files and reinstall your applications. Tips and Troubleshooting Secure Boot: If you encounter issues booting from the USB drive, ensure Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS/UEFI settings (for UEFI systems). Driver Issues: Visit your motherboard or laptop manufacturer’s website to download the latest drivers.
