Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
STERNPROVIDER is a company based in France, selling digital products (software and license keys) worldwide, including in the EU, USA, and other countries. VAT is collected where applicable according to the customer's country of residence.
Our products are delivered instantly in electronic format. Due to their nature as intangible digital goods, all sales are generally non-refundable except where required by law or under the limited circumstances described below.
2. EU & French Consumer Law
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-physical medium once execution has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of this right.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- A refund may only be granted if the product has not been activated, downloaded, or used in any way after purchase.
- If you encounter a technical issue, our support team will work with you to resolve it. If a valid solution is provided and you refuse to apply it, no refund will be issued.
- In rare cases, at our sole discretion, a refund may be issued if we fail to resolve a material defect that prevents the product from functioning as described, within 14 days of your purchase.
4. No Refund Situations
- Once the license key or software has been delivered and activated.
- Incompatibility with your device if the minimum requirements were met and documented before purchase.
- Changes in detection status of the product (software may be detected or discontinued at any time — this is a risk you accept when purchasing).
- Unauthorized use of funds, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or disputes — these will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and potential legal action.
5. Applicable Law
All purchases and disputes are governed by French law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
