Some services offered may interact with or bypass anti-cheat technologies. Compatibility with anti-cheat software (e.g., EasyAntiCheat, BattleEye, etc.) is not guaranteed. Detection is always possible, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences, including account bans.
STERNCLIENT.BIZ shall not be held liable for any detections, bans, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
By purchasing and using our software, you explicitly acknowledge that: (1) the software may be detected at any time, (2) your game account may be permanently banned, (3) these outcomes do not entitle you to a refund, and (4) the risk of detection may increase following game updates or anti-cheat updates outside our control.
The software provided is licensed for personal use only, on a single account and device. Any redistribution, resale, sharing, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
STERNCLIENT.BIZ does not guarantee continuous availability of the software. The software may be temporarily or permanently discontinued at any time, particularly following updates to third-party platforms or anti-cheat systems. No refund will be issued in such cases, as this risk is acknowledged at the time of purchase.

 

Payments and Refunds 

Prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined by your country of residence at the time of purchase, in accordance with EU VAT rules (OSS regime). The final price including VAT will be displayed before you confirm your order. Customers outside the EU are not subject to VAT.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. VAT applicable according to the customer's country of residence. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies. For customers outside the EU, no VAT is charged.

No refunds will be granted for partial or unused subscriptions. Upon access to our software or user group forums, you have received full value.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks, will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may lead to legal action.

Important: Some PCs may not be compatible with our software (e.g., custom OS, outdated hardware, driver modifications, etc.). Our support team will assist you, but if compatibility cannot be achieved even after suggested fixes or full system reinstall no refund will be issued. An exchange may be offered under certain conditions.

Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, your product or license will be delivered instantly and directly to your account on our platform. You will receive a confirmation by email at the address provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is accurate at the time of purchase. STERNCLIENT.BIZ shall not be held liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect account information provided by the customer.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For disputes arising between STERNCLIENT.BIZ and business customers, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
For disputes involving consumers, nothing in these Terms limits your rights to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection laws. If you are an EU consumer, you also retain the right to benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes out of court.

Legal Guarantees

Conformity Guarantee Our digital products must conform to the description, features, and performance standards presented at the time of purchase. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to:

• Have the product brought into conformity (update, fix, or replacement)
• A price reduction or contract termination if conformity cannot be achieved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you

Duration of Guarantee

• For one-time digital products (software, license keys): 2 years from the date of delivery
• For subscription-based software access: the conformity guarantee applies for the entire duration of your active subscription

Exclusions : The conformity guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• Incompatibility caused by your own digital environment (operating system, hardware, drivers), provided that you were clearly informed of the technical requirements before purchase
• Defects resulting from misuse or modifications made by the user
• Normal wear or expected changes in a continuously evolving software environment

Important Notice Regarding Third-Party Platforms : Our software may interact with third-party platforms and their anti-cheat systems. Changes made by these third parties to their platforms or anti-cheat technologies are outside our control and do not constitute a lack of conformity on our part. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
