These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through sternclient.biz (the "Site"), operated by STERNPROVIDER registered in France.

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Products

We sell digital software products delivered electronically, including:

• downloadable software loader (.exe);

• license keys granting access to the software;

• subscription access valid only for the duration purchased.

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically.

2. Delivery

Delivery occurs instantly after successful payment.

Upon purchase, the customer receives:

• access to the software loader download; and

• a license key required to activate and use the software.

Delivery is deemed completed once the product, download access, or license key has been made available.

3. License Scope

Each license key:

• is valid only for the purchased subscription period;

• is limited to use on one (1) computer only;

• may not be shared, transferred, resold, or redistributed.

Purchase grants a limited license to use the product and does not transfer ownership of the software.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Access to the Site as well as to the presentation of Products and services is free of charge for the Customer. Only the order of one or more Products or services shall give rise to payment by the Customer. Prices displayed on the Site are shown in euros (EUR) at the listed product price.
Depending on the buyer's country, VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout, in accordance with applicable tax laws.
The final price payable is shown before payment confirmation.

5. No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions purchased through the Site do not renew automatically.

Access ends when the purchased subscription period expires unless a new purchase is made.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or abuse.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction occurs:

• the related license may be immediately deactivated;

• access may be suspended or terminated;

• future purchases may be restricted.

No refund shall be due in such cases.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content delivered immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you may lose any withdrawal right once delivery or execution begins.

For customers in France and the EU, this is intended to apply in accordance with applicable consumer law, including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code where applicable.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• the product has not been activated, downloaded, or used; or

• a material defect prevents the product from functioning as described, and we fail to resolve it within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted in cases including:

• activated or used license keys;

• incompatibility where minimum requirements were disclosed;

• refusal to apply a valid support solution provided;

• chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

10. Support

Support is available 24/7 through human support and AI-assisted support channels.

Support covers reasonable assistance related to installation, access, and troubleshooting.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where required by law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
