Is my key frozen on update
  - Yes key is frozen, if not, time will be compensated once updated

I have error vcruntime140.dll when opening the loader
  - Updave VCruntime by using this all in one package

The software is on update, can I exchange my key for other game ?
  - Yes if the key is not used, please open Ticket on discord

The loader is closing after entering my key
  - Make sure Driver Vulnerability is disable in windows setting
  - Verify your windows version, 24h2 (26100) and more is not compatible
  - Try with 1.1.1.1 if still have issue open Ticket on discord

 I have error HWID does not match

Can I pay with paypal ?

  - Make sure game is borderless
  - Make sure VCruntime is updated
  - Make sure all external overlays are disabled (discord,nvidia, amd software, omen overlays)

Why the loader is detected as a virus ? 
  - The loader can be detected as a virus (false positive) because obfuscation hides the source code or alters its structure to make it unreadable or difficult to analyze. Antivirus software, when analyzing the file, identifies these unusual characteristics as suspicious since they are often used by malware to avoid detection. As a result, even legitimate programs like ours are falsely detected.

Why the loader close and download a new file ?
